Common questions (and Answers!)
We can either send you a link to pay by card, or you can pay by bank transfer. Either way, we’ll send you an invoice and a receipt for your records.
We have two options for this, whichever works the best for you. We can either send you a spreadsheet template for you to capture the names, addresses and individual preferences for each recipient, or we will set up a Google Form for you to send to your team for them to complete the details themselves. We’ll send you a copy of what’s been completed for your records and double checking before teabreaks get posted out.
We can offer discounts for bulk orders, or can even create something bespoke to meet your budget. Let’s chat about what works best for your team!
For subscriptions, we can plan the projects together in advance, or you can leave it to us to choose for you—we’ve got great taste, promise!
For one-off gifts, we always have a selection of projects available, though these change regularly. Get in touch, and we’ll chat about the current options and what will work best for your team.

No worries! The craft projects are beginner-friendly and designed to be relaxing, not intimidating. We have a range of project options for you to choose from that include a peashoot planting project, so not all are truely 'crafty'. Plus, even those who don’t craft will enjoy the cake, drink, and overall experience.
Yes! We offer standard or vegan, dairy and gluten free cakes (all are nut free but are packed in a kitchen that uses nuts) and for drinks we offer English breakfast tea, decaffeinated breakfast tea, hot chocolate, or herbal tea. We’ll send you a link to a form for your team to complete to capture their individual choices (or a spreadsheet template if that’s easier for you).
We are told that the cakes usually last about 10 minutes. They are capable of lasting for around 7-10 days, but it’s up to your team whether they eat them as soon as their box arrives! We usually go for traybakes because they travel well, so expect to see things like brownies, millionaire’s shortbread and tiffin. We do like to mix things up though.
